Administrative assistant
We are looking for an administrative assistant for the following activities:
- Entering and modifying customer and supplier details
- Entering item codes
- Issuing delivery notes for sales, contract work, repairs, etc.
- Issuing invoices
- Switchboard management
- Sales statistics
- Shipments
- Document archiving
The candidate will work closely with all company administrative departments.
The search is mainly aimed at candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics.
Requirements include regular use of the main computer applications and management software, at least a reasonable knowledge of English, and preferably a second EU language.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience, even if brief, in the specific activities listed above, who are precise and versatile to complete the profile.
The working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, and the place of work is in Robbio (PV).
The position and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience.

Heating engineer
Description of the employee’s duties and responsibilities
The role involves operating, as well as starting up, shutting down, carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning the steam generator that supplies the plant’s systems. In accordance with the law, this role requires the holder to possess a second-class steam generator operator’s certificate.
The role requires the careful daily selection of the most suitable fuels, taking into account their availability and energy-saving considerations (gas, bark, fine fuel).
Requirements
A valid second-class steam generator operator’s licence is essential (a first-class licence is acceptable as it is a higher grade).
A licence to operate front-end loaders/earth-moving machinery is highly desirable.

Working hours
Monday to Friday on the following shifts: 06.00–14.00 / 14.00–22.00 / 22.00–06.00, alternating weekly, with a rolling compensatory day off and Sundays off.
Overtime during night shifts and on public holidays is strictly required from 00.00 on Sunday to 06.00 on Monday morning to start up the boiler, during the week of the night shift. Therefore, the aforementioned overtime will be required on a rotational basis throughout the month alongside the other shift-based boiler operators.
The role also requires constant presence during periods of collective closure or scheduled shutdowns, for example during August or the Christmas holidays, when extraordinary maintenance is carried out on the entire plant, including the steam generator.

Starting annual salary 37K + overtime and allowances. Potential for progression.
